In the midst of confusion and suffering there is healing available in the present moment. Sometimes it’s veiled and we can’t connect to it but it is there and a reiki practice helps us to cultivate our relationship with presence and all of the freedom and potential available there ❤️🌎

Love is the only vibration that can heal each of us and our planet. Underneath anger is pain and fear, the results of love that wasn’t given or received...this pain runs deep in our ancestral lineages and whilst it remains unknown it continues to trap us in the illusion of duality and keep us shackled to painful patterns playing over and over again. I’m interested in conversations about how to love again, how to move beneath our fear and feel whole and reclaim our perfection and peace. Join me. Sending love to all beings today and always
