Sarah Alice UK Welcome to ‘My Wellbeing Studio’ an online platform that has been lovingly created for you to experience anytime, anywhere.

Explore On Demand classes suited for anyone looking to optimise their health and wellbeing holistically. Sarah's journey as a yogini started as a teenager. Having trained as a gymnast from an early age, yoga became her way expressing energy and her need for physical movement after she ceased competing. It was in 2011, after the living through the earthquakes in Christchurch New Zealand, that Sarah

turned to yoga to manage the adrenalin overload in her body. During this time when when everyone was suffering from post traumatic stress and exhaustion from the constant aftershocks, she witnessed how the practice of asanas and meditation created balance of the body and mind. Fascinated by the transformation in her own body and others Sarah completed her yoga teacher training under the tutelage of Eoin Finn (Blissology). She went on to study with Nikki Ralston developing an in-depth knowledge of anatomy. With a well established photography career that spanned over a decade, Sarah decided to combine her passion for image making and love of yoga and now specialises in capturing the yoga community. In 2016 Sarah left New Zealand, the place she had called home for ten years and returned to the U.K where she now teaches Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Some of you will know Susannah White from the platform or my retreats. If not, allow me to introduce you to one of my favourite teachers—someone I’m honoured to work with (lots of projects in the mix… stay tuned!).

A former professional dancer turned movement teacher specialising in pelvic health, Susannah deeply understands the importance of maintaining optimal health throughout the entire body.

Through her own healing journey from birth injuries and her training across a range of disciplines, she has developed a unique, whole-body approach to pelvic health—one that goes beyond traditional methods.

I’m so excited to share that she is now offering a weekly online class, and you’re invited!

This 45-minute class is designed to help you reconnect with your breath and body through focused breathwork, postural alignment, and mindful movement.

Each session includes a fascial release warm-up and cool-down, supporting nervous system regulation and full-body coordination.
Perfect for anyone looking to heal from—or prevent—pelvic floor dysfunction, or simply move and feel better.

When: Tuesdays
Time: 7:15 pm – 8:00 pm
Led by: Susannah White

As a mum and baby yoga teacher and an underwater baby photographer I always have a doll somewhere to help demonstrate moves.

I remember years ago when I started my business in New Zealand, I invited my new boyfriend my house for the first time and he found my demonstration doll. I managed to explain the situation before he ran out of the door screaming that I played with dolls 😂 That memory always makes chuckle.

I really do have random jobs, but wow do I love them!

Hello Everyone,

I have been getting a lot of enquiries about my photography recently so I have made my website live again (I took a break to focus on launching ). I am once again open for bookings. I mainly specialise in personal branding photography these days but getting lots of pregnancy shoot requests and I can’t say no to capturing beautiful baby bumps.

If you didn’t know that I used to be a full time photographer then here is a bit about my career. I have a degree in photography from Falmouth University. After graduating I worked in London specialising in Underwater photography and was honoured to work for Zena Holloway.

In 2006 I decided to get back to the ocean and go traveling with my camera. I meant to come back to the UK after a year but instead moved to New Zealand where I established an underwater photography company called Waterbubs and a family portrait studio called Studio28. In the ten years I spent in NZ I photographed high fashion, products, events, hundreds of weddings, thousands of babies underwater, lots of sharks and dolphins and hugely inspiring people leading the way in their industry. Every day was different and I was so grateful for all of the travel I got to do with my job.

I still love creating beautiful imagery so if you are interested in working with me check out my website: www.sarahalicephotography.com (link is also in bio).

I’m known for making even the most camera shy person enjoy their photoshoot 😌

Much love

Our Story

Sarah is a teacher whose passion lies within the healing power of yoga. As a competitive gymnast in her youth, Sarah always understood that movement was integral to maintaining a healthy body and mind but it was her own journey with yoga whilst trying to navigate the after effects of the Christchurch Earthquakes in New Zealand, when she came to realise just how important that connection is. Yin Yoga at this time was the only thing that was able to calm her over stimulated nervous system and it lead to a fascination on how stress and trauma (such as enduring thousands of aftershocks) effected the body on a cellular level and why yoga was so effective at bringing the body back into balance.

So inspired by the positive benefits she had experienced in health as a result of her yoga practice, Sarah trained to become a teacher and has never looked back. In 2016 she moved back to the U.K after a decade living abroad and now shares her time between the yoga studio, photography studio, and swimming pools (see http://saltysoulsphotography.com).

When she is not teaching, Sarah specialises in capturing the yoga community. She caters for studios needing professional images of their space, head shots of their staff and works with individual teachers to create stunning imagery for their websites and branding. She also photographs events and yoga festivals.

Sarah has a BA(hons) in Photographic Communication from University of Falmouth.
