Last month in celebration of World Mental Health Day & Black History Month we hosted a mindfulness day! This time in Mother Nature, with a hike infused with reflective prompts and more mindful visualisation meditations!

This creative spin on the hike made it more impactful and set the tone on ending the last quarter of the year on a high!

We enjoyed the intimate vibes with the small group but we’d love to expand to our wider community! If this is something you’d be interested in, let us know! We’ll be doing another hike or proactive workshop in the new year!

Saturday 12th October, I’m guiding a Mindfulness Hike across the breathtaking Seven Sisters cliffs: Seaford → Birling Gap/Eastbourne.

🧘🏾‍♀️ Along the journey we’ll weave mindfulness practices into 3 themes:

3. Acknowledgement & Accountability 💡

✨February 2025 Manifestation Monday Re-cap✨

🌻We conducted reflective exercises on: personal impact statements & cognitive reframing, this included identifying our values, mission and vision in a few words. We also identified our barriers and most common “excuses” and finding ways to reframe them in our conscious mind. This can be finding the skill needed to overcome it, and turning these into declarations, affirmations and mini-goals.

🌻We, of course, ended with some breath work, visual meditation and networking! It was great to see some new faces, seeking to manifest their business and career goals!

🌻Tomorrow is the first Monday of the month so of course we’re back! But tomorrow tomorrow we are fully online, with virtual session of Manifestation Mondays.

🌻If you’re interested in networking with like-minded people, reflecting on your goals and next steps and interested in learning about mindful meditation, join us tomorrow at 6pm, on Microsoft Teams.
