Moving to remind myself how strong my body is. To remind myself that this too will pass. To release some of those endorphins. One of the hardest weeks yet, little to no sleep & a poorly little one. To all the mothers / fathers & care providers who can’t take sick days & where catching up on sleep isn’t an option I see you. Even when energy is at zero I promise you that just a small amount of movement can do wonders for your mental health 💕. In PJs so we’re keeping it real!
