Our founder Laura Murphy is dancing for 24 hours straight to celebrate her 70th birthday and raise funds for WayfinderWoman.

From noon on 15th May 2026, Laura will be dancing non-stop at MissionFiit Hailsham. Each hour will feature a different dance style, and we need amazing instructors to lead those sessions!

Could that be you?

Whether you teach ballroom, hip hop, salsa, Zumba, contemporary, line dancing or anything in between, we'd love to have you involved for one or more hour slots.

It's going to be an incredible, fun-filled endurance event and a brilliant way to showcase what you do while supporting a great cause!

Hi πŸ‘‹ little post to introduce myself as had lots of new followers recently.

I'm Jane, I have been doing Pilates for 15 years since a whiplash injury, pregnancies, childbirth, carrying babies and toddlers, often at the same time, and years of desk jobs left me so wonky donkey and out of alignment that I needed 1:1 lessons to help even me out. ☺️

I continued class lessons and became so amazed by the exercises and results that I retrained as a Pilates teacher in lockdown to spread the love of the method. πŸ’–

I love studying and have done many CPD workshops and courses to learn more about how Pilates can help other people recover from various medical conditions, surgeries and injuries. πŸ“–

Courses have included menopause movement, chair pilates, pilates for older people, pre and post natal pilates, pelvic organ prolapse, reconnect to your pelvic floor, diastasis recti and hernias, common orthopaedic conditions, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, pilates with small equipment and advanced pilates πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ

I have two teenagersπŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦, 2 cats πŸˆβ€β¬›οΈπŸˆβ€β¬›οΈ and a campervan 🚐. Apart from Pilates, my other obsessions are camping πŸ•, music festivals and gigsπŸ’ƒ, swimming in the sea πŸŠβ€β™‚οΈ, paddle boardingπŸ„β€β™€οΈ, walking in nature πŸ₯Ύ, reading πŸ“š and films πŸŽ₯

Clients become part of my pilates family 🫢 I am so proud when they progress and love to hear how Pilates has helped them recover from their aches and pains, and got them stronger πŸ’ͺ

We go out for termly drinks and catch ups, and have such a lovely community where new friends are made and lots of laughs are had πŸ₯°
