I was heartened to see this article - I know I am feeling fearful when I grab for facts, for certainty and when I am walking in mystery - then I am in the flow and I can open the way to infinity.

I would encourage you to invite curiousity. Try and look at something from a different perspective. Dare to not know and invite the "I don't know". In doing this - your soul can expand and spirit can really start to move in your life - and amazing growth and transformation can take place.

The more I look at the word, the more that I see people who are not being kind to themselves for one reason or another.

But for one minute, see if you can give yourself a break, give yourself a bit of kudos or a well done.

Rinse and repeat.

What's interesting is that when you start to be kind to yourself, the world around starts reflecting this back.

The more we listen to and follow our soul, the nicer our life becomes.
