This follows on from yesterday about creating a future, a better future for ourselves. The need to go within.

The universe benefits from all of this as well! Healing is never done in isolation, we heal ourselves and we heal the world.

It takes courage, humility, and a willingness to enact this change but the rewards are infinite.

Transformation doesn't need to be hard, or painful, or involve suffering. That is an old myth. I seek healings that are joyous, fun, playful, gentle but no less effective.

I happen to think this is the right thing to do.

People living out a life of power, truth etc aren't as****es. People are only disempowered as they are caught in a trauma cycle, disempowered, struggling, frightened - all sorts of other conditions or cycles that they may have been born into.

It's time to turn the tide and have compassion to those we find particularly aggravating, forgiving them, forgiving ourselves, forgiving the world and generally bringing love to difficult situations.

In this way, we can change the flow, change the direction of travel and - if nothing else - it's nicer to feel compassion !

It's so tempting to reach out to the future and want hope that perhaps we will meet our life partner, we will get our dream job, we will be wealthy, our health will improve. And so on. All good and worthy but we can only influence the future from today and focusing on the choices of today.

And what I have found, it is less about doing that creates a better future but more about being - and healing is so crucial to a better future.
