One of the things that I love in energy healing, and it can't be seen in any other form of therapy, is that it raises our frequency. Inch by inch, or even milimeter by milimeter - we raise our vibe.

And so as we are moving gently into 2026, have a think about how you can raise your frequency - what do you need to raise your vibe? There are lots of different modalities out there and I hope you find one that works for you.
