I want to say something that might surprise people:

I’m not an empath✨

I don’t absorb other people’s emotions.

I don’t feel what you feel in my body.

I don’t take your pain home with me.

That doesn’t mean I lack compassion✨

It means I’ve learned to listen without merging.

In tarot work, that matters.
I can sit with difficult stories without drowning in them.
I can hold space without losing myself.
I can read cards without needing to feel your feelings to understand them.

Empathy is beautiful✨

But it isn’t the only way to be intuitive.

Intuition has many languages.
Boundaries are part of the magic✨

This is what keeps my work ethical and sustainable.

Happy New Year 2026! ✨

I did take a needed break.

Burnout hit me hard at the end of the year. It often is the time period where I tend to struggle. And I don't want to hide that from anyone! My only regret is that I was too knackered to announce here that I was going to take a break... Thank you for your patience with me 🤍

During my time off I've mainly been sleeping, spent time with nearest and dearest as well as drawing. You might have seen some clips of my tarot deck project .tarot

I'm returning to my day job on Tuesday and I've already started planning for tarot as well as taking in bookings again 😊✨

We'll also put things on second gear with as our big day is approaching, 7 months to go! ✨

With this post I just wanted to say, hi, I'm back✨ and also share this family portrait painting I commissioned from a young Finnish artist, Olivia Honkala 😍 I love everything about it!

Can't wait to get back to the normality and to see you all again 🤍✨

I had a lovely day at the Faerie Shop in Eastbourne yesterday, but I also walked home with a building sense of anxiety and worry.

I didn't get to do a single tarot reading yesterday.

To be totally transparent, doing tarot once a month at the Faerie Shop hasn't been viable for me in recent times. The past few months have been tight and I can't imagine January or February to bring any more people in.

I have decided to have at least a break and maybe book few days in their beautiful healing room during spring and summer again ✨🧚‍♀️

Good news - the data we gathered through the survey has been great! Thank you everyone for taking part in it! 😊 Now our goal with my friend, working on her thesis project, is to develop my tarot services ✨

Also, first time in 9 years, I felt like I wanted to start decorating a Yule tree for the winter solstice. And with true intention too ✨

Crystals to expand light, bring rainbows and build abundance.

Bells to announce love, creative fertility and joy.

Keys to open new doors of opportunities.

Faeries to whisper my deepest wishes and desires to.

Hoping at least all these things from 2026 ✨
I'll add more decorations as I find them during December 🎄

I wish you all creativity, abundance, good night sleeps and inspiration towards what ever you're currently working on 😊✨
