Yoga for Chronic Pain – Gentle, Supportive, Real
I’ve been a yoga teacher for 15 years, and today I live my life managing chronic pain after a spinal injury. Being back on the mat has become part of how I navigate each day, and I now share yoga specifically with people who are also learning to live alongside pain rather than fight it.
My classes are designed for real bodies, real lives, and real challenges.
We move gently, breathe deeply, and create space in the body and mind. I use Tibetan bowls and crystal bowl sound to support relaxation and nervous system calm.
Class Times:
• Wednesdays 11:00–12:00
• Thursdays 12:30–1.30pm
£8 drop in or
Course:
A block of six classes for £40 — one class free as a thank‑you for committing to your own wellbeing.
Can be used within 3 month period
