Eastbourne Menopause Support Group Anna and Amy are excited to bring a free monthly meeting to Eastbourne, focusing on perimenopause and menopause.

This gathering will provide a welcoming space for community members to discuss their experiences along with welcoming guest speakers.

🌟 Collaboration with a Cambridge University student!

Hi everyone! 🙂

Eastbourne born student Keir Hesse, finishing his Master’s (and planning a PhD!), is exploring menopause & community support — and he’s curious about our group! 💬💖

He would like to include in his research anyone who has used menopause support groups, to explore how peer networks truly make a difference ( especially when mainstream support is lacking)

It’s informal, easy, and your story could shape future research! Such a great opportunity!
