I believe that self-awareness provides the tools for us to meet our own needs, take back control and facilitate change. Re-framing and challenging long-held core beliefs or introjections we may have about ourselves can help 'unstuck' us. I have worked with charities supporting those struggling with their mental health. Thus, I have a deep awareness of differing conditions and how they impact everyone differently. The therapeutic relationship is really important to me, so I offer a free 20-minute call to help you see if I am the right counsellor for you. I provide counselling for adults aged 18 or over both in person and online. Fees are £40-£45 per session with limited consessionary slots for students, trainee counsellors and those with low income.
