Sound Healing Therapy

I’m a qualified Sound Therapy Practitioner and member of the College of Sound Healing (CoSH).

I offer sound therapy treatments, either individually, for private groups, or people who want to join a regular group session. Sound provides a safe, eco-friendly and creative self-care option that can boost your physical energy and realign your chakras.

There are many different reasons why our energy could feel depleted. It could be due to giving too much of ourselves to others, or a stressful situation, which leaves us in need of a restorative treatment.

The instruments I use resonate with the rhythm of our body, providing massage for muscles and tissues, vibrating cells to release toxins and offering a deep relaxation for the mind.
