Happy 1st September 🍂

Lots of energy this week with it being the beginning of a new month on the first day of a new week and finished with a full moon at the end of the week 🌑

Even more exciting is the kids going back to school and things getting back into some routine after a great summer.

Testing out the chakras while we’re away and giving Sue a bit of mind, body, soul balance 💫 all her chakras were out of sorts so we’ve placed some crystals on energy centres and got things back on track 🙌

She’s gone from feeling tired and lethargic to energised and looking bright. Nothing like a bit of crystal therapy 💜

We’re away until Tuesday and back to our retreat on Thursday next week. Sarah is fully booked except one tan slot at 2.20 and Sues back to work the following Tuesday 19th.

So lovely to see the sun shining again this week ☀️ and those spray tans booking in 🙌

A lovely client who’s become a real regular with her spray tanning was in for her holiday tan this morning and told me she had to book elsewhere while I was away on holiday. The local tan artist done in my clients words ‘a horrible tan’. Not only did she spray without moving her around to get an even tan, she took no real care over what she was doing. It ended with streaks and patches and when the client asked if she could go back to go over the tan to try to get a better coverage, she said no! 😱

Unfortunately I hear these stories A LOT! And if this was my ladies first ever tan, it would likely be her last and she’d be put off for life.

A good tan should be perfect instantly even as soon as it’s sprayed, before it’s developed and then after you’ve washed it off. It shouldn’t need to ‘settle’, it shouldn’t be patchy and it should have a good even coverage. It should be glowing, even, flawless, dry and you should leave feeling amazing instantly 🤩

I will give you the full prep info, full aftercare info and will be there to support you during and after your tan to get the very best from it.

Anyway while I had the tent up, I decided to jump in myself and have a little top up as the holiday tan is fading fast! Spraying yourself is far from ideal and I did rope in Sue to help much to her joy 🤣 Anyway I did not follow my own after advice and decided to do some laundry while developing, managing to throw some water and some vanish over my leg leaving a nicely bleached out white patch down the front of my thigh (must take own advice next time). So when I say avoid doing anything especially water based, please listen 😁
