It’s for anyone who struggles with emotional overeating or binge eating, and takes a gentle, non-diet approach grounded in nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and psychology-informed tools.
This topic is personal for me. I used food to cope with anxiety for many years, and I’m now training as a CBT therapist. This book brings together lived experience and therapeutic understanding in a way that’s supportive rather than shaming.
