Today, we celebrated the compassionate hearts who care for others day in and day out. At The Manor, we held a simple but meaningful program to honor:

✨ Our dedicated staff nurses – for their unwavering commitment to our residents' health and well-being

✨ Our beloved residents who were once nurses – for their lifetime of service and healing

A small token of appreciation was given to each of them, but our gratitude is endless. Thank you for the kindness, skill, and love you bring to The Manor every single day.

Yesterday, we had a lovely visit from our friends at Bunny and Co , who are based in Glasgow 🚗

Bunny and Co are a petting zoo which gave the opportunity for our residents to see different animals 🐰

Residents had so much fun looking after and feeding the animals 🌱

Recently we have had a visit from students who are studying in Care and Childhood Practice. 👨‍🎓👩‍🎓

The manor welcomed the students as they joined us for our High Tea and our weekly visit with Fiddich who is a therapy dog. 🐕

The manor engage with local communities which helps strengthen ties with residents with their community. 🌍

Over past couple of weeks at the Manor , our Garden club has got up and running 🪴

Our residents have been planting , watering and observing plants to make sure they are kept in good shape 🪏

We want to thank Lucy Patridge for her excellent guidance and planning with the garden club. Her leadership is greatly appreciated 👏🏻

Our garden club continues every Friday morning for the foreseeable 🫜
