✨ Self indulgent pat on the back post ✨

Over the last year I have worked so fu***ng hard.

It hasn’t been sunshine and rainbows, even slightly.

But I never doubted I’d made the right choice completely uprooting myself and trying another path. Because up until then, the direction I was going was leading to something really dark.

I lay aside my pride after a year struggling like hell to be a yoga teacher with no money behind me and a crap part time job.

I returned to full time retail for a while.

I moved to a city that brings me joy.

I stopped accepting less than I’m worth from relationships. That one took longer than I’d like to admit.

I learned communication is one of the most important skills you can hone in every aspect of your life.

Speak up !!

I stopped abusing my body and embraced softness. Again, still working on that one.

There’s been some dark times. I still dread winter, I am haunted by trauma and felt deeply lonely at times.

People I thought would be there weren’t. I wasn’t always present either.

But oh boy has there been some really fu***ng beautiful moments.

I’ve met some of the best people *ever*.

Don’t you ever underestimate the powerful impact of supportive colleagues (sjq crew, I’m looking at you 💕)

In true Robyn style if something didn’t feel right I walked away. A few times.

Now almost a year on I’m about to take another huge jump.

A jump I’m so so incredibly proud of.

I can feel some eye rolls here, but if you believe in something hard enough and ENVISION the life you deserve - it will show up. Probably the most unexpected way ✨mAniFesT iT bbY ✨

So so much still to come, I can feel it. Here’s to a whole lifetime full of adventures ✨💕
