Do you know what the Lymphatic System is? 💭🤓
It is part of our immune system and complementary to the circulatory system.
It consists of a large network of lymphatic vessels, lymph nodes and many organs such as tonsils, spleen and thymus.

⚠ Its main role is to eliminate metabolic waste, toxins and bacteria, to manage fluid level in the body and to absorb some of the fats in our diet from the intestine 🤭
Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump, therefore receiving regular Lymphatic Drainage Massage will stimulate this process❗
