Imagine achieving something like this in 4 WEEKS 😱whaaat 🤯
caffrey literally just joined my team a months ago -tomorrow to be exact ☺️

Elisha’s goal is to achieve a lifestyle transformation, lose fat, gain muscle and improve her relationship with food.

“💬My week was really good, I have been meal prepping, writing down in a planner so that I am more organised.

Eve’s amazing Glute gain journey 🚀🍑

💬“I want to grow my glutes and have a better shape in my body “ 💬

LOOK AT HER GLUTES NOW 🍑😱

When Eve joined the team she was under-eating, looking sk**** and she was not utilising any training protocols to get those gluteus growing.

I speak to ladies just like herself all the time ! I want “bigger glutes , smaller waist”🙏🏻

But did we managed to do it ? ⤵️

🚀We started our journey with a diet break ! We simply needed her to EAT ! 1200 cals were leaving her not having enough energy to train, never mind lifting enough weights.

🚀Then we went back to 20% above her deficit cals, and started to increased that week by week ! Now having 600+ cals- we are still working on this

🚀were increased her protein intake

🚀Her training has significantly levelled up- having PB’s every day, pushing those weights as much as she can

🚀MOST IMPORTANTLY -REST!! 2 full rest days, no endless amount of cardio, only weight session.

REMINDER-‼️bad body image days are normal during a building phase but you have to remember the LONG TERM goal and remember how proud you’ll be in the end!

Its okay to feel “ meh”, its okay to feel like “ giving up”! This is exactly the reason why Eve hired me as her coach ! Other wise she would have given up 2 weeks after seeing the scale going up !

Finally lifting some decent weights after 2 weeks of being sick and a “warm up” week 😩🤣

Here is my workout from today⬇️

1️⃣Heels elevated smith squats - more quad focus 3x 8-10
2️⃣Leg press- feet lower and narrow- more quad focus 3x8-10
3️⃣Single leg lying leg curl - hamstring and glutes - 3x10-12
4️⃣Banded Romanian deadlift - glutes focus - 2x8-10
5️⃣Hip thrusts- finisher set 3x20

👉🏻Lat raise - 3x12-15 side delt
👉🏻Rear delt fly 3x8-10 rear delt
👉🏻Face pulls 3x 12-15 rear delt
👉🏻Shoulder press 2x10 anterior delt
👉🏻Cable lat raise 2x10-12 side delts

✅FIX YOUR FORM
Barbell SQUATS ✅

Simple and staple exercise, still most people can’t perform it properly.
Watch both videos carefully and fix your form when you are at the gym next time!

Video 2️⃣
👉🏻❌DO NOT“HYPEREXTEND” your bottom at the top. What we need is a squeeze , and not a thrusts!
❌Don’t drive your chest forward
❌Don’t keep your head up to follow your movements in the mirror!

Video 1️⃣
✅Neutral spine and pelvis
✅standing up to natural position, no need to push the hips forward
✅The glutes are at the most amount of tension in the bottom lengthened position-
✅No thrusting - as squeezing at the top will not make your glutes work harder

Performing exercises correctly plays a big part in your improvements!
It’s not only preventing you from getting injured, but also helps you getting stronger and be able to increase the weights on the bar 🏋️‍♀️

✨How much Should I cut to see results?🤔

Well, it really depends.

One person can get amazing results with 10% cut.

Someone else can only get great results on 25% cut.

The key is to find YOUR way and lifestyle for getting the results you want.

My client

We did 5% below maintenance here. Her goal is to lose fat, and build muscle. Which is completely possible if we use body recomposition. Yet I still made a 5 % deficit. Why? Cause once she saw herself delivering amazing results, she was a lot more motivated that kept her going in the first few weeks. Here we are 6 weeks later and her lifestyle habits significantly changed.

She is prioritising high nutritionist food over "just fitting it into my macros " approach.

2 kg difference between pictures, yet she is still looking completely different (already).

You dont have to cut back 1000 calories. You just need to find the way thats best for you, its maintainable and sustainable. If your doesn't isn't sustainable, neither your rests will be.
