Creating a new habit ✨
For the last 5 days I’ve shown up for myself in a new way…
5km treadmill run
30 minutes of weights
Followed by a dog walk 🐕
At first it felt like discipline… now it’s starting to feel like something I want to do.
That shift is everything.
When you begin to look forward to the thing you once had to push yourself to do… that’s when a habit is forming.
Small steps. Consistency. Showing up.
