About Metal Singing Bowls:

Metal Singing bowls are made out of metal alloys, often copper and brass, similar to church bells.

It is said that Tibet have used singing bowls for centuries in religious and spiritual ceremonies, first appearing around 560–480 BC.

They work via sound waves acting on the energy field of your body, helping you to relax.

Recent studies have shown that singing bowl therapy resulted in improved mental and emotional health including:

✨Anxiety
✨Depression
✨Fatigue
✨Tension

Metal Singing bowls can be used on or around the body.

You can use metal singing bowls yourself, in a 1-2-1 setting with a licensed practitioner, or as part of a group sound bath.

A group setting is ideal for relaxation, where’s a 1-2-1 session is much stronger and works on specific concerns.

Hope to see you at a session soon, the next group one is 31st March, Edinburgh.

Created by and , we will transport you to another dimension as the light morphs through the colour spectrum in time to the singing bowls.

You will feel as if you are floating away as the sound and light immerse you in a soothing blanket of relaxation.

Stress will dissolve as you listen to the sounds of the bowls and watch the delicate dance of light.

You can enjoy this with eyes open or closed as the light creates the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the sound bath.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, warm socks and anything else to help you create your most comfortable space.
