An exercise class for those living with chest, heart or stroke disease led by a qualified instructor and sponsored by Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland . We meet weekly on Tuesdays at 12 Noon at Westwoods, 7 West Woods, Edinburgh, EH4 1RA. After the class there is an the opportunity to have a cuppa and a chat in the Westwoods Cafe. Membership of the gym is not required however there is a small charg

e of £4 per class. An exercise class for those living with heart disease led by a qualified instructor and sponsored by Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland . We meet weekly on Tuesdays at 12 Noon at Westwoods Gym, 7 West Woods, Edinburgh, EH4 1RA. Membership of Westwoods is not required however there is a small charge of £16 per month for the classes.
