Do you know what bodily sensations are?
Body sensations are perceptions of the state of the body.
They can be described as pressure, tension, knot, cooling, heat, weight, acceleration, pain, etc. of one or more parts of the body.
A group of bodily sensations tells us what we are feeling at a given moment. To this group we give the name of an emotion or feeling such as happiness, fear, sadness, anger, shame, etc.
Each emotion or feeling feels different for each person:
The feelings I have when I am sad or happy are not the same as yours.
Body sensations are personal and unique.
Beyond the meaning that we give them at a conscious level, bodily sensations are nothing more than information on the internal state of the body at a given moment in time.
Biological decoding works with bodily sensations, understanding these as the bodily imprint of a moment of great stress that has repeated over time.
The sensations of each traumatic event or biological conflict are unique to that specific moment. And as such, they act as a perfect guide through our history to find the origin of what we feel today.
