So, so, very happy to share that I’m now certified through Celtic Fire to lead firewalks, glasswalks, arrow, board, and rebar! After a wonderful, if a wee bit exhausting, time at Tir na nOg.

These are practices that I consider medicine.
I owe my life to firewalking. As a q***r trans being, mind embodiment has been a vital practice for me.
I found safe, empowering, connection to a body that I’d struggled to feel at home in before at a time when it was vital for me. I saw proof of the power I contain. What it truly is possible for me to accomplish and break past. And it’s an honour to be able to offer these experiences to others.

As excited as I am to immediately share this with you all; I have insurance to be confirmed, a very tired body to fully recover, and it’s soon the first festival of the season.

In the meantime, I’ll be sharing information on these practices and ways I’ve found each beneficial in different ways.

Look at me, remembering to take pictures of todays space! I’m proud too.

I’m also incredibly proud of everyone who attended today! Everybody was willing to take part and showed a beautiful amount of bravery shaking and tapping and making noise and moving freely. More importantly, putting themselves first and deciding When they didn’t want to share, wanted to rest, wanted to stop to go get water.
Spaces like todays make my heart so full. I hope the shedding that took place continues, and more of that Winter stickiness falls away in the upcoming days. I hope that what they chose to nurture blooms wildly and freely.
So much love and gratitude for you all. 🙏🏻💚

Also thanks to:
- The Sainsbury Centre for providing a venue that I only continue to feel more comfortable within.
- Yogi Oils for the powerful Ostara oil that kept my Earrach energy high enough to extend it to others.
- Shadow Smoke Creations for the stunning wooden Elemental pieces.
- Maya Sacred Forest for the power of Blue Lotus, her wonderful warm energy felt infused in the very bag.
- And Myself. For continually working on leaving my long history of intense social anxiety in the dust. Every so often I see myself during space getting sweaty and making noise so that others feel free to also, and suddenly remember how far I’ve come from being scared to make noise even eating in front of others.
These spaces are circular, I gain from them also and I don’t think that detracts from them at all.

✨ loving reminder for those who are waiting to see if they can make this evenings space ✨
Ticket sales always end 2 hours before the event. This gives me time to prepare the right amount of Cacao and gifts, and get to the venue in time to set up.
There’s one free ticket left for today, and spaces are filling up quickly. I cannot wait to see you all later.

Today is the end of Winter’s last full week! Spring has already began to burst into life around us, and I could not be happier.
It seems a few of us, myself definitely included, have felt as though this Winter has been a long one. But! The flowers are blooming. White, purple, pink, and yellow beginning to form through the ground and on trees.
Waking up early is beginning to feel more natural. The sluggishness is starting to leave our bones. Skin is feeling the warmth of the sun again.
Soon the harshness of Winter will be both a memory and distant future.
Another season over. The true new year is around the corner.
For me, I’m currently excitedly standing in line for Leith Witchcraft Market to pick up personal treats and some to support my spaces.
Cacao disguised on my patterned brown trousers after an accidental spontaneous blessing (not a spill, not at all).
Deep breath, down to our toes.

Very excited to be a part of Sett Studios S*x Positive Market 🔥✨

I’ll be holding space on Friday 1st 20:30-21:30
We’ll be consuming Cacao to activate our connection to self and creativity, before deepening into that Self connection, and acknowledging a temple space within us which can be revisited at any time.
Workshops need to be booked, link to do so can be found on Sett’s page.

As part of this we will be completing a guided body activation, where you’re encouraged to bring your awareness to different parts of your body separately, then let that awareness go and move onto the next named area.
Only gender neutral language will be used, but this can still bring up some trickiness for people. You are entirely in control of how much you follow my words, and if you know missing an area is best for you then that’s perfectly fine. At the beginning I’ll be guiding more clearly, but once the pattern is established I’ll simply be naming an area of the body and waiting a few seconds before naming the next.

On this day last month, I was still happily buzzing about how FLARE Fest had gone.
It somehow feels so much longer ago already. It’s been a fun busy time since. With many new and familiar faces. Hell of a way to start the year 💚

And that’s all of the indoor events for February announced! Once the chaos of the storm passes, I’ll be getting some outdoor fun planned, and there are collabs to arrange!
It’s so close to festival season that it feels cruel to set up regular monthly/fortnightly ceremonies, so those will be beginning in September/October.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
It was an honour being offered to hold space this year, a bigger honour to bring Mama Cacao, and an honour to myself for accepting the opportunity!
Special thanks to my oldest friend Conn for being a second set of eyes and hands, Cori KOA for taking pictures because I completely forgot to (of course), and Nico for being the absolute superhuman she is to put this festival together.

It was beautiful hearing about the trees that people became, and I’m still cracking up at my wee chuffed face.
There are many amazing fun spaces being planned for the future, but for now I’m taking the rest of this month off!

A button of cacao for the main altar today to keep those energies nourished for this week 💚
Thursday is the Fire Cacao ceremony and Elemental workshop 🙌🏻 it’ll be a gorgeous relaxed time before the excitement of FLARE at the weekend.
