Wonky hip pain. Usually it's me working out other folks pain problems but lately i get to sort myself out. Pilates and physiotherapy videos online have been useful. My hip feels so much better already. Yoga's been my goto for years but sometimes a set sequence of moves doesn't solve a specific problem.
Lot of folk get into the therapeutic arts after working through their own issue, so they have some feeling for how that process works for other people. I've never had joint issues before that i've not been able to remedy with time resting, yoga, dancing, massage swaps, or self trigger point work, so it feels good to get to explore the therapeutic process in a much more personal way, give me more sense of what these kind of issues must be like for other people.
