"I've had around 4-5 distance healing sessions from Richard. These have been at times when I was feeling pretty stressed. In a recent session of Distance Healing, as he was clearing the energy around the client's throat, he physically coughed in response to what he was clearing with a sensation of smoke. Hello everyone. I am passionate about healing people. One of my clients gave up her walking stick after years of using one. Another client gave up her repeat prescription of pain killers after one session. Here is my back story:

In January 2007, both my parents passed away four days apart. After my Mother died, I developed a pain in my left foot. I had no physical reason for the pain to be there, but it got worse to the point of needing a repeat prescription of pain killers and walking with a limp.

I also gave an attempt at CPR (β€œthe kiss of life”) before she passed but it didn’t work! This happened only four days after my Dad died from a heart attack also.

The first year was quite hard to come to terms with. The memory of giving CPR to my own Mum haunted me! On the first anniversary of her passing, I released the need to grieve and the pain in my left foot vanished!

I now know as a therapist that the left responds to my interactions with feminine energy, and the foot connects with home and family. I had manifested that pain as a result of my own grief!

Although I couldn’t save my Mum, I now help people to let go of any negative emotions which may be detrimental to their physical wellbeing.

Identifying the true cause of illness cannot be done by looking at the physical alone. The symptom is not the cause. Holistic analysis considers the spiritual, mental and emotional wellbeing as well as the physical.

As we learn in society that we are all inter-connected, so too must it come into mainstream knowledge that these different aspects of the self are all connected too.

If the emotional causes off illness were more well known, then people would take responsibility for how they feel and work on their mental and emotional health more and take the pressure off the health system.
