We're very happy to introduce Kyra - our newest member of the KnotStressed team 🩵
"My journey into health and wellbeing began through a personal yoga practice, where I developed a deep awareness of the relationship between breath, body and mind. I think this is fundamental to overall health, yet often overlooked in everyday life.
In massage, I take a calm, intuitive approach. I love to help clients reconnect with their bodies through attentive, thoughtful touch, awareness and gentle, conscious movement.
I have a particular interest in supporting clients at different stages of life, so I trained in pregnancy and baby massage. I value nurturing, respectful touch from an early stage, and the positive impact this can have on physical and emotional wellbeing.
Alongside massage, I also work as a stretch therapist, integrating movement, breath and awareness to support flexibility and body awareness."
Appointments with Kyra are available on Sundays, during the day.
