West of Scotland celebrations 🥳

Today our West of Scotland office is celebrating our Quality Officer, Michelle's birthday. We hope you have a wonderful day celebrating on Wednesday when it comes, and are having some tasty cake in the office today 🎂✨

We are also celebrating our Care Assistant, Lynn, who has reached her 5 year milestone with team Call-In! Thank you for your hard work and dedication over the years, we appreciate your compassion, reliability, and the positive impact you’ve made with your service users.

Goodbye, Wendy! 💐

Our fabulous North East Care Assistant, Wendy, has retired from Call-In Homecare after 27 years(!) with us. She continued to work up until 74 years old and always received such positive feedback from our service users.

Thank you for everything over the years Wendy, you have been an absolute asset to the team and the perfect example of dedication and compassion. We hope you have a relaxing and well-deserved retirement! 💜

Thank you, Douglas! 🙌

One of our Edinburgh North service users called us to praise our Care Assistant, Douglas, on his wonderful support. Our service user noted that he was a "very good carer" and that he took his time with him.

In addition to his role as a Care Assistant, Douglas is also an accomplished actor! You might recognise him from Adolescence, the critically acclaimed Netflix drama, where he played Victor. He’s also appeared in Peaky Blinders, Outlander, The Batman, and Napoleon!

Douglas brings empathy and presence to every role - on screen and in care. We’re lucky to have him on our team! 💜
