I received a little gift bag from my lovely yoga client Seilich Botanicals
Such a beautiful loose tea jars ！I thought at first that they were for display and then I realised
they contained loose tea sourced from local meadows .
I can’t believe how much flavor nature can create. I can’t wait to share these teas with my yogies and massage clients.

Such a beautiful weather in Edinburgh 🌞
Everyday I Feel like I’m on holiday 😁
Can’t believe we are already half way though May!
We have been focusing on shoulder stretches and open up shoulders in my classes recently .
It feels like shoulder issues are very common these days with our modern life styles 📱 💻
Yuko yoga blankets are working hard !

Hi all,
I know this is quite a late Happy new Year message 🥳
I’ve been in Japan over the holiday period.
And had a great time with sunny winter in Japan .

It’s now time to let you all know about my new block of yoga classes starting next week ( 20/1 )

My yoga schedule
Monday 9:30 am
Monday 7pm
Tuesday 7pm
Wednesday 9:45am
Thursday 6pm

Hoping to see all my yogis from next week .
Please contact me if you are looking for yoga class ! My classes are all block booking but there are some drop in space each week .
My massage will reopen from next week too if someone is looking for a good massage 💆‍♀️

The above is what I wanted to update about my yoga classes and massage sessions😊

I would like to tell you a little about my japan trip . It was special trip for me as I usually go back to japan during the summer holidays but this time I went over during winter .
Winter in Japan was so much brighter than I remember. It was cold but sun was always shining.
The most shocking thing for me when I come back to UK was that the toilet seat was freezing 😭
In japan , almost every toilet seat ( even station toilet ) is heated . I never appreciated heated toilet seat until now .
This welll known but the food in japan was amazing ( the variety , the price , the cuteness etc )
I really enjoyed the arcade games . We got so many prizes 🤩
I’ve shared some photos from my trip .

Now it’s time to get back !

After a long break , I reopened my studio today.
Feels great to welcome everyone back to studio and to share the space and time through yoga.
I know how hard it is to make time for yoga due to your busy life , but once we are on yoga mat and practice yoga together, I notice how important it is to have / share this time 😌
Looking forward to welcoming more my yogis this week.
There are some spaces left on my morning classes.

Hi All, I hope you’re all enjoying the Easter break. Im really sorry that I haven’t updated my yoga restart date . I keep thinking and hoping to restart my classes soon. But the building work hasn’t finished and I’m now busy redecorating my yoga room. It’s taking longer than I thought as I often need a break 😬 🎨
Now I’m aiming to restart my yoga after the summer holidays . I know some of you already have new exercises routine . But I will update you all when I’m back from Japan in August.
I’m missing you all and yoga , chat time together.
Really sorry about the delay again.
I hope we will back to our routine soon.
PS . I’m keeping my massage room open . I have moved my massage room to my garden room while I’m decorating my basement rooms . So please get in touch if you need a massage 😊

Happy New year 2024!
Such a beautiful day to start the new year 2024.
We had a very quite Hogmanay and a new year.
Lots of family dog walks that can be perfect way end and start the year😌

I am really hoping for good year ahead . And I’m feeling for it 😉

Sorry I haven’t updated this page.
Currently Yuko Yoga is closed due to the house renovations. I was hoping to reopen January 2024. But as you all know the renovations take longer than you expect. Now I’m hoping to reopen my studio just before Easter .

Yuko massage is open as usual from 8th of January 2024.

I hope you all having a lovely holiday.
Looking forward to see you either yoga or massage this year .

I’m busy setting up my yoga studio this weekend for the new block’s start.
After my Japan trip and being busy enjoying the rest of summer here 🍷 🍷 🧀 🌞 , I tried my online class before my classes start .
😯, who is this lady in the video 🙄?!
I don’t recognize her as I don’t feel fit like that anymore 😬

I really enjoyed our trip to Nara , Kyoto and Osaka ! Especially Nara !
And some pictures are from my home town Kumamoto!
Such a beautiful, polite, clean, organized, fun country 🇯🇵 and yummy !
