Come join me on Tuesday night to feel the warmth of relaxing under a blanket in the salt cave while enjoying the healing sounds of singing bowls, chimes and drums. This is a special experience that you can also book as a private session for you and your friends.

Come join us for a hammock sound session in the Pentlands this weekend to connect with nature, the sounds, eachother and yourself. It will be weather dependant, aiming for 2pm in Bonaly carpark and if it's raining we'll try for Sunday. I'll post updates on my story so keep an eye there. First free session in the meadows starts this Saturday, wrap up warm and join us, bring something to sit / lie on and relax into the sounds.
