What we are willing to offer you in return:

Starting salary of £11 per hour
- Fixed working patterns, with opportunities for over time
- If you are just wanting to work on a adhoc basis we have Bank positions available.
- 20 hour per week contracts to support students into work.

Your role as a Care Practitioner:

- Assisting with all identified aspects of care for the individual.
- Liaise with the social work team and district nurses as and when required.
- Keep the Care Co-ordinator updated with any additional information if an individual’s care plan needs to change.

- Driving licence with access to own car preferred but not essential.

- SSSC Registration is required but we will support you through your registration within a 6 months time frame.
