It was a pleasure to visit Lammermuir Larder in Haddington to present a £1,500 donation, raised through a fundraiser organised by Hilton Lodge.

Their food initiative and advice service are a lifeline for people in crisis, providing a holistic approach to support those in challenging situations.

We’re proud to support such a wonderful local cause and to play a small part in helping our community during the festive season🎄

We’re thrilled to share that Craighall House has been rated Very Good in the latest Care Inspectorate report for supporting residents’ wellbeing and for providing a welcoming and high-quality setting!

A special shoutout to Jo, who has achieved this rating twice this year as the manager of both Craighall House and Haugh House – a fantastic achievement and a real reflection of her strong leadership, dedication, and compassion.

Congratulations to the entire Craighall House team – your commitment to creating a caring, supportive home for residents is truly outstanding! 👏

We were delighted to welcome pupils from The Compass School, Haddington, Rotary Haddington, and the Provost of East Lothian to Hilton Lodge. Together, they planted 4,000 crocus bulbs in our gardens - a wonderful initiative that brings our community and generations closer together.

This project highlights The Rotary Club’s mission to eradicate polio worldwide. Each person vaccinated receives a purple mark on their finger, which is why these vibrant purple crocuses were chosen.

The children showed incredible enthusiasm and worked tirelessly, bringing smiles to residents and staff throughout the day.

We can’t wait to see the crocuses in full bloom this spring! 💜

We were honoured to attend and sponsor 's 150th Anniversary Dinner - a truly monumental celebration of a club with a rich history dating back to 1875.

It was a privilege to be part of such a historic event and to share the evening with our wonderful guests.

Paws for a Cause at Peebles Care Home 🐾

Our Peebles Care Home team recently hosted a dog show on the home’s green, bringing together our local community for an afternoon of fun, laughter, and plenty of wagging tails.

All proceeds from the event went to Borders Pet Rescue , supporting their invaluable work rehoming animals across the Borders.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along - and to our furry friends for stealing the spotlight.

Our Head Office team took a moment for wellbeing with a group PT session at The Gym on the Square. It was a fantastic opportunity to focus on both our mental and physical health, strengthen team bonds, and enjoy some time together outside of the office.

We are delighted to announce a restructure of Mansfield Care Group’s senior leadership team, effective from 7th October 2025.

Lucy Duffin, formerly Operations Director, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO), where she will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and operational excellence across the organisation.

William Howell, previously Financial Director, has taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), leading Mansfield Care Group’s financial strategy and long-term planning.

This restructure reflects Mansfield Care Group’s ongoing commitment to investing in strong leadership and supporting its vision for the future.
