Soul Water Sauna has officially been recognised by the British Sauna Society as an Approved Operator.

A confirmation that the experience I and all of the wonderful sauna hosts and wider team pour our hearts into delivering, meets the highest standards of authenticity, safety, design and care.

It means so much to have the work we do acknowledged, but even more to know we’re part of a growing movement that’s helping shape the future of sauna culture in the UK. A future that’s more connected, more mindful, more inclusive, and rooted in genuine wellbeing.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, trusted us, sweated with us, relaxed with us, and become part of our community. Your presence is what makes this space special.

❄️ Festive Sauna Hours ❄️
 Make sauna part of your Christmas traditions.

Across Northern Europe, the Christmas sauna is a moment of stillness.
 🇫🇮 In Finland , families gather for joulusauna on Christmas Eve - a quiet, candlelit ritual that marks the shift into the most peaceful part of the season. It’s a time to cleanse, soften, and prepare for what’s to come.

🇱🇹 In Lithuania, the Christmas Eve sauna has long been a gentle act of purification before the Kūčios meal. Traditionally, it created space for calm reflection, grounding and renewal as families welcomed the spirit of the season.

Inspired by these traditions, we’re opening our saunas at Portobello, Granton and Dalkeith across select festive days - offering you a place to pause in the often busy season.

We’re also offering special family sauna sessions at Granton and Portobello on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. These times are reserved specifically for families to enjoy together. Children aged 6+ are welcome with supervising parents. Please read our guidance on the website before booking.

🍂 From Friday 28th November – Dalkeith Country Park Launch - Our newest pop up location opens its doors for regular weekend sessions. Come see the space amongst the autumn leaves amongst the autumn leaves, settle into the heat, take a stroll through the park. This space is perfect for a little escape, come and join us.

🎉 Saturday 6th December – Granton 1st Birthday A cosy community gathering to celebrate one year of our Granton sauna. Expect warmth, good energy and a relaxed festive atmosphere. SOLD OUT

You’ll learn about sauna and share this with our guests. From how to listen to your body to making a safe space so guests can relax and enjoy themselves 😊

You might already work as a joiner, student, councillor, artist, gardener, writer, herbalist, and you’d perhaps like a little bit more, or a bit of something different 👩‍⚕️👩‍🌾👨‍🎓👩‍🎤👩‍🍳👨‍🎤👩‍🏭🧑‍🎨👩‍🚒🧙‍♀️

Your role will require some early starts and/or late finishes predominantly on weekends. You will help care for the saunas and our guests and also help create an environment where we care for each other. Working collaboratively to create the best work space possible 🫶
