I'm still trying to find the words to describe my first ever Women's Wellness Retreat in the Scottish Highlands πΏπββοΈπ
I feel so blessed and full- I couldn't have asked for a better group of ladies to join me at Lassintullich House in Kinloch Rannoch for a weekend of fun activities, meditation, incredible food, and, most importantly, relaxation time.
The conversations that happened around the fireplace and the changes in the women from day one to day three were astronomical.
How often is it that women get the opportunity to walk away from their normal responsibilities to solely focus on themselves in a beautiful environment?
How often is it that women choose themselves over the needs of others?
Not often enough- and I'm SO pleased I created this safe space for them.
Everything around this retreat was intentional.
The women arrived to find a goodie bag filled with gifts from my favourite Scottish and UK brands in their rooms- these bags were filled with little luxuries such as notebooks, skin care, chocolates, a Hidden Scotland magazine, wax melts and a reed diffuser.
π§ββοΈ We started with a group meditation that was the perfect introduction to relax. We then did some journalling, focusing on questions that looked at the areas that needed a 'spring clean'.
π₯ We then celebrated with bellini's and pizza for dinner and got cosy around the fireplace, chatting, laughing, and sharing.
πΏ The next day I led a nature walk to the Outlander filming location of Craigh na Dun, sharing tales from my epic solo hike of the Scottish National Trail and why it's essential for your mental wellness to spend time in nature.
π―οΈ That afternoon we had a candle-making class, hosted by Gillian from Coorie Home Co. The ladies each made a beautiful candle while sipping on prosecco.
π§βπ³ That evening Masterchef UK finalist Sarah Rankin cooked us the most delicious three-course dinner using beef from the farm we were staying at.
β¨ The next day we started dreaming about how we wanted our future to look with a Vision Board Workshop.
π§ββοΈ Paula from Syzygy Yoga then led a Yin Yoga class, while I was in the kitchen baking scones from my grandmother's recipe and putting on an afternoon tea for the girls!
πββοΈ Vicky from Rejuvenate You was also there giving facials and massages to the ladies throughout the weekend!
πΊ We closed the retreat with a final group meditation and some goal setting for the future. There were lots of hugs and lots of tears!
The retreat also supported 7 women-owned small businesses in Scotland!
Eight of the ladies have already rebooked to come to my March 2026 retreat, which is just incredible!
My next retreat will be happening in September, and I'm excited to announce that the rooms are now available to book!
I also have a 5-month payment plan available so you can book your space now and pay it off.
