March 30th is World Bipolar Day! It's celebrated on the birthday of Vincent van Gogh, who is widely believed to have been bipolar. The day aims to improve global awareness and understanding about bipolar and challenge the stigma around the condition.

We wish to offer our encouragement and support to anyone working towards new year resolutions this year. Making changes or starting new things can be difficult, but just deciding to try is extremely brave. As you work towards your resolutions, be patient with yourself and try to find encouragement in even the little moves you make. And even if you aren't able to do what you hoped, you should be proud of yourself. 💜
