Your feet carry you through every single run. Are you taking care of them?

Most runners only pay attention to their feet when something already hurts. By then, a small issue has turned into something that keeps you off the road for weeks.

Foot pain during or after a run is never "just part of it." It's your body telling you something is wrong. And ignoring it costs you more miles than fixing it ever would.

Common signs your feet are trying to get your attention:

→ Pain or tightness in your heel or arch after a run
→ Black or bruised toenails from shoes that don't fit right
→ Blisters that keep coming back in the same spot
→ Ankle soreness that lingers longer than it should

Don't wait until you're forced to rest. Fix it before it hurts more.

Your body is the engine. Your shoes are just the tires.

The best analogy every runner needs to hear.

You can buy the best shoes in the world — but if your body isn’t strong enough, performance won’t change.

Strength builds speed. Not shopping.

Not all heel pain is plantar fasciitis… and yeah, that diagnosis might be holding you back

Everyone loves to label it quickly.
Heel pain? = plantar fasciitis. Done.

But what if that’s not what’s actually going on?

Different cause = different treatment.
And if you’re treating the wrong thing… no wonder it’s not improving.

Tight calves?
Nerve irritation?
Fat pad issues?
Load management gone wrong?

You don’t need more random stretches off Google — you need the right diagnosis.

If your heel pain has been hanging around longer than it should, let’s actually figure it out.

Book your online consultation with me — I’ll break down what’s really causing your pain and what to do next.

No matter how slow you run, you always beat everyone who stayed home.

Slow miles. Easy pace. Short distance. None of that matters.

What matters is that you showed up. You laced up when it would have been so much easier to stay on the couch. You chose the discomfort over the comfort. The cold air over the warm blanket. The effort over the excuse.

There's no such thing as a bad run. There's only the run you did — and the one you skipped.

So the next time you feel embarrassed about your pace, your distance, or how you look out there — remember this:

Every single step you take puts you ahead of the person who never tried.

You're lapping everyone on the couch. Don't forget that.

Tag a runner who needs to hear this today.

This isn’t just innovation… this is inclusion.

A blind runner is attempting a marathon using AI-powered smart glasses — with real people guiding him live through video.

No tether.
No physical guide.
Just technology opening a door that wasn’t there before.

And honestly… this changes everything.

Because running was never just about speed —
it’s about access.

The real question: how many more people could run… if barriers like this disappeared?

If you’re a runner dealing with limitations (injury, pain, or performance blocks), there’s always a smarter way forward.

DM me “RUN” for online gait & running consults.

The finish line isn't the end. It never was.

Every run you show up for — tired, unmotivated, not feeling it — is a vote for the kind of person you're becoming. The kind that doesn't quit. The kind that keeps going even when it's hard.

Progress doesn't always look like a new PB or an extra mile. Sometimes it looks like:

→ Getting out the door when you didn't want to
→ Running slower — and being okay with it
→ Coming back after a week off
→ Choosing the long route when the short one felt easier

Settling is easy. Comfortable. Safe. But you didn't lace up for comfortable.

Keep running. Keep improving. The best version of you is still out there — waiting at the end of a run you haven't taken yet.

Drop a 🏃 below if you never settle. Let's see who's in the tribe.

Your shoes aren’t the problem… YOU are.”

Yeah, I said it.

Every time you get pain, you:
• blame the shoes
• buy a new pair
• hope for a miracle

And then?
Same pain. Different shoes.

Because the real issue isn’t your gear…
It’s your movement, your loading, your habits.

No shoe can fix:
❌ poor running mechanics
❌ overtraining
❌ lack of strength & recovery

So how many more pairs are you going to waste money on?

Comment “RUN” if you’re ready to find out what’s actually causing your pain

Or stop guessing completely —
👉 Book an online consultation and let’s fix this properly.

Rest day? My legs didn't get the memo. 😅

We made up a word for that feeling — you know the one. That twitchy, can't-sit-still energy when your body is supposed to be recovering but your legs are literally vibrating.

RESTLEGS (rest-legz) noun — the restless protest your muscles stage the moment you dare take a day off.

Do you actually rest on rest days or are you sneaking in "just a little walk"? 👇
