Part-Time Administrator โ Physiotherapy Practice

Are you an organised, friendly and proactive individual looking for a varied administrative role in a welcoming healthcare setting? We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Administrator to join our busy Physiotherapy Practice at our Woolpit Clinic.
This is a key front-of-house and administrative position, supporting both our clinical team and patients to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
๐น Key Responsibilities
The role involves a variety of administrative duties including:
Scanning and administration of medical reports
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Booking patients and managing appointment schedules
- Responding to incoming emails and telephone enquiries
- Billing/invoicing clients and processing referrals
- Liaising with medical practitioners, insurance companies and other agencies as appropriate
- Managing the reception area: greeting patients and signing them in
- Stock taking and ordering of equipment and consumables
๐น Working Pattern
Variable working pattern as agreed
Up to a maximum of 24 hours per week
Flexible working arrangement (set in advance)
๐น About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational and communication skills
- Is confident handling telephone and email enquiries
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy
- Is comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has previous administrative or reception experience (healthcare experience desirable but not essential)
