🌕 Connecting with the energy of the full moon and like souled sisters in a safe, sacred space; in ritual and ceremony, mama cacao opens the heart and mind so we can create a vision for what we want to welcome into our lives and how we want it to look and feel through the powerful manifesting tool and practice of vision board witch crafting!

🧘‍♀️ Working with ritual, breath work, guided meditation and visualisation, EFT and CBT, this powerful annual, creative workshop will leave you feeling inspired, clear and confident as you reset, restart and refocus at this mid-point in the year.

It’s been a beautiful month of events across all of our communities ~ and it has been an absolute pleasure to welcome you into my home as we all welcomed deeper connection and a bit more magik into our lives✨

For me, Summer also welcomed the transition of my little one graduating from nursery as we prepare for “big school” and full time education; navigating 6 weeks of summer vacation and us all settling into a new split residence agreement between myself and her other parent…leaving time for me to find myself again amidst this new chapter too 🤍

With the new term steadily approaching, I’m excited to say I will have more availability in my diary for 1:1 somatic coaching, therapy and holistic healing sessions: offering mon-fri sessions during the day; along with some late evening and weekend’s…more news to follow soon!

Welcome the first blessings of Harvest 🌾

I honestly can’t believe it’s almost time to change my seasonal altar as the wheel of life turns once more as we dance between this liminal time of the Summer Solstice and the Autumn Equinox ~ the time of lughnasadh, also known as Lammas and Lunasa, among other names 🌻

Before I say goodbye to all the beautiful flowers I’ve collected and adorned over the past lighter months, I’ll be creating a gorgeous preserved herbarium keepsake ~ and sharing the tutorial as this month’s Witch Craft in my online mystery school, manifesting and trauma informed coaching membership, THE MOONPHASE JOURNEY SISTERHOOD 🌙

(If you’d like to learn how to make a witches besom broomstick and cleansing smudge sticks like the ones from my altar; cast simple spells, and heal your life with mini somatic practices - read on! 😉)

We will also be taking time this month to pause and reflect on the many blessings we’ve experienced over the past year so far with a simple yet powerful gratitude journaling practice + gentle guided breathwork drum journey (because master manifesting witches know the fastest way to receive all you desire is to be grateful for all you have already received 😉)

Our monthly 5 minute reset will be focussing on BURNOUT RECOVERY; with mini and mighty somatic practices to support healthy emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being 🤍

Feeling frazzled, stressed, overwhelmed or simply seeking a deeper sense of calm and clarity?

Grab a straw and try this super simple 5 minute breath work practice to reset your nervous system so you can feel safe, grounded, soothed and present if you are experiencing emotional dysregulation

It is so important to have mini practices like this in what I call our SOS Toolkit for when we need them most.

When we are stressed out, scared or stuck we can't find solutions; we shut down - so having tools like this to bring us back into a state of balance, calm and clarity are so valuable not just for our own well-being, but for all those who are effected by our well-being too.

Last month during a collaboration between Toy Toon Elgin and our mindful mama's community, THE VILLAGE, I shared this straw breath practice, teaching parents and their littles how to use their breath and a common house hold item to bring everyone back into balance.

Tomorrow evening I will be holding our monthly Mum's Club Meet Up at my welcoming family home in Elgin; where I will be sharing practices like this one, along with mindfulness coaching for mums at every phase in their motherhood journey, from new born mama's to grown up grannies and everything in between!
