The last couple of days have been REAL and RAW…

Behind all the fitness and well-being posts I AM a human being like the rest of us. The last 48 hours or so have been full on giving my nervous system a kicking.

Yes, I’ve had angry and frustrated moments and moments of fatigue as emotions can be very draining when you give yourself permission to release them (which is OK). Holding emotions in creates an inner pressure cooker.

Oddly enough in these times I am a firm believer there is a GIFT in that darkness.

I’m currently reading scripture for lessons and revelations and this seems relevant today. Your thoughts around God’s will are your own and how you feel about God/universe/source whatever you choose.

18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. (‭‭‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5‬‬:‭18‬ ‭NIV‬‬)

I am personally on a spiritual path and finding growth through this. It helps me through, just as my meditations, cold plunges, my Fitness4x4® workouts do in their own way helping me process whatever I may be feeling physically, mentally or otherwise.

I am on my right path I know that, bringing gratitude into my life and simplifying many things, focusing on one thing at a time to reduce overwhelm.

To conclude I’d say have you considered taking a moment to PAUSE? Figure out what PATHWAY you’re on?

Take a step back and BREATHE. Go for that walk, give yourself that 30 minutes for YOU.

Stay RESILIENT.

Whenever you’re at right now, you’ve got this.

If this resonates reach out. We all need someone to listen.

For a long time I struggled with my fitness, mindset, connection and profession due to anxiety and stress literally wasting me away and sending me into a pit that I felt like driving off a bridge and ending it all.

...However I found a solution:
