Feeling heavy, Over-whelmed?

On my journey to minimalism, de-cluttering my life and thinking about what is essential to me.

Really helps to see my straight and narrow path, with all the steps I need to climb in order to reach my destination.

I have decluttered my toxic load meaning all the products containing harmful chemicals that don’t help to heal your body and infact often lead to an unhealthy body, gone (with my zero waste mindset mostly donated to those who already use). My first aid kit now contains plasters, that’s all, I can honestly say I have replaced my first aid cabinet with only good and healing Certified Therapeutic Grade Essential oils, I’m so happy about that.
My beauty products, gone, I have Apple cider vinegar for a hair rinse, a soap/hair bar, 3 items of natural makeup, no perfume (not needed when you use nature’s own) and the rest is oils.

They are such an investment, everything I’ve replaced and the amount they cost for one use, it’s breathtaking the amount of money I’ve saved and will continue to do so, by not replacing the items that are commercially sold to us as essentials, they’re not! They are HEAVY.

Usual shower time to Sunday bath time 🛁 I like to run a hot bath pouring my Epsom salts into the running water and adding in a few drops of Lavender, Ylang Ylang and Bergamot. Whilst simultaneously I’m diffusing in my room so after applying sweet almond oil straight after my soak I get my dressing gown and cosy socks on then enjoy an hour or so of Sunday tv before bed. Perfect note to finish/start any week! What’s your Sunday routine?
