We hosted an away day for the management team at SIS. The session brought everyone together to focus on training, team building, and discussing upcoming changes across the organisation.

It was a great opportunity for managers to step away from day-to-day operations, share ideas, collaborate with colleagues they don’t usually work with, and ensure we’re all aligned for the next stage of development.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to such a productive and positive day.❤️

We are so proud to share that one of our amazing support workers is taking on the 100 Miles in March challenge for Mind 💙

She’s off to a fantastic start, completing just over 10 miles yesterday alone – what an incredible effort! 👏

Not only is she pushing herself to raise awareness and funds for mental health, but she’ll also be encouraging the individuals we support to get involved, get moving, and be part of something positive and empowering. We love seeing our community come together for such an important cause.

Every mile she walks helps shine a light on mental health and supports the vital work that Mind does for so many people across the UK.

This Valentine’s Day we celebrated Pals day 💛
Celebrating our amazing pals 🥳
We spent the day laughing, sharing stories, and enjoying all sorts of fun activities including pizza making and watching RomComs😅🍕
Some of us even voted to enjoy this day in our PJs 🛌😂 because never too old for a pajama party, right?🥳💤
It was wonderful seeing everyone together, sharing smiles, and making memories that remind us how important friendship, fun, and connection are 💛🌟.
