We’re hiring.

Fabdec Group is looking for a Refrigeration Service & Installation Engineer to join our dairy systems service team.

This role involves servicing, maintaining and installing milk cooling systems across Shropshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire and North Wales, supporting dairy farms with reliable cooling and refrigeration equipment.

The position includes:
• Service, preventative and reactive maintenance of farm milk cooling systems
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and refrigeration faults in bulk milk tanks and ice builders
• Installation of bulk milk tanks (1,000 L – 40,000 L), ice builders, plate coolers, heat recovery units and water heaters
• Ensuring farms meet relevant F-Gas regulations and certification requirements

We’re looking for someone with experience in electrical fault finding, refrigeration systems and mechanical installation, ideally with F-Gas qualification.

Competitive salary, overtime, on-call rota, company pension and holiday allowance included.
