All treatment options are personalised so pricing is individual depending on what is required. Our initial consultation will always be free of charge to discuss and agree a forward plan to suit your needs. As a guide I would expect to treat anxiety, phobias or smoking cessation in only two or three sessions maximum.

Good morning world! This is the day the sun creeps above the horizon, just after 1400 this afternoon we warm up literally for the next few months…. Don’t you just feel sooo much more alive on bright spring mornings? I know I do…

Spring is springing today… what a beautiful sunny bright day! Lovely to get out a walk and see snowdrops and crocuses everywhere… fab!

No idea where this monument is, but wow did it strike a chord! “ oh so you don’t work then..?” Mmmm. 🤔 take a break, book some reiki, some NLP for that phobia, or hypnosis, we can chat and see what works best for whatever you’d like to change. All change is possible, just start !

This cat has the silliest face, it’s slightly wonky and is much loved…. Why? Because a wonderfully talented lady made this from my Mum in Laws favourite coat after she passed away early this year. Our adult daughter cried when she got hers because “ it smelled like Gran..” ❤️ never underestimate the power of your mind, it can take you anywhere , it is immensely powerful and creative…

Things aren’t always what they seem. Had gorgeous walk today on local beach, looks calm, sunny, glorious, right.
It was blowing a hoolie, pretty cold, sand flying and spitting with rain too…
Don’t believe everything at first glance, always ask yourself is this really true? Thoughts are stories you make up to make things make sense, they are not always true! Try it, next time you think “ oh I’m so fed up today”. Rephrase that and say to yourself, “. I’m so fed up I think I’ll go for a walk/ read that book/ tidy a cupboard etc” doing something constructive changes the mood of your thoughts, just saying to yourself, ach away, I’m fine! You are!
