This experience is a gentle reminder that we are not separate from nature — we move with its rhythms, its seasons, its cycles.

We’ll begin with moon-inspired breathwork and a guided relaxation, followed by a meditative sound journey to connect you with the energy of the full moon and your inner landscape.
