Today’s Spring Sunday Sound Bath at the yurt was pure magic. As the sun poured through the canvas, we dropped into deep rest — letting the vibrations wash away the noise of the week and welcome in a fresh, grounded energy for the season ahead.

Grateful for everyone who came to share the space, the calm, and the connection 💛 And thank you dear Alison for your loving time and energy.

✨ Yin Yoga & Deep Rest at SouLand ✨

Join Shivani for a deeply nourishing one-hour Yin Yoga practice, open to teens (15+) and adults of all levels.

This is an invitation to slow right down — to soften, breathe, and gently return home to yourself.

We’ll move through gentle, floor-based postures, held for longer periods to allow the body to release tension stored deep within the connective tissues. Guided by sensation awareness, you’ll be encouraged to listen inward, approach each shape with curiosity (never force), and allow stillness to do the work.

The practice is lovingly woven with soothing breathwork to calm the nervous system, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra to integrate rest and restore balance — leaving you feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply replenished.

Join us for a 45-minute yoga session designed especially for children and their grown-ups 🤍
We’ll begin with 30 minutes of playful, gentle yoga, followed by 15 minutes of chat & chai — a chance to connect, relax, and enjoy being together.

Nestled inside the cosy, colourful SouLand Yurt, these sessions invite you to stretch, breathe, and move together in a joyful, relaxed space. Each class weaves together simple yoga postures, creative movement, mindful games, music, and storytelling — perfect for little bodies and big hearts.

✨ Solstice Reflections ✨

Today we gathered in the yurt for a half-day retreat to honour the solstice — a pause to breathe, soften, and reconnect as the seasons turn.

There was movement, stillness, shared warmth, quiet moments, and that gentle magic that happens when people come together with intention. Deeply grateful for everyone who stepped into the space and made today what it was.

As the light peaks and begins its slow return inward, may we carry a little of today’s calm, clarity, and connection with us into the days ahead.

Thank you also for your patience as we slow down for the winter season. We welcomed our little earthling into the world two weeks ago, and will be retreating inwards over these winter months as we find our feet as a family of four in these blurry, love-filled days 🤍

We’ll be offering a couple of our usual cosy winter fireside workshops between January and March, and will be back with more as spring arrives.
