We provide Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Children’s Physiotherapy or Sports Injury Physiotherapy from our new clinic in Elstree or in the comfort of your own home.

A little flavour of my caseload today:

Started the day with a home visit for reduced mobility.
Returned to clinic to see patients with:
Hypermobility
Sports massage
Back pain
Shoulder pain
Sciatica

📣 A great evening last night refreshing my Basic Life Support and safeguarding skills and knowledge.

🫀An alarming stat: If someone goes in to cardiac arrest, their chance of survival is roughly 10% with good quality chest compressions alone. BUT with the use of a defibrillator (AED), this survival rate increases to 70%. It’s a no brainer.

🗣️I am reaching out to my healthcare professionals 🫵. Who knows where I can purchase a reasonably priced second-hand AED?

We didn’t take a picture at our end of year Chanukah party as we were simply having too much fun. It was an evening of celebration, laughter, yummy food and great company. Thank you in Borehamwood for hosting us!

Our party was a real pinch me moment! To think where I started 13 years ago - just me driving around in my car with livery splashed all over it to advertise a local mobile physio. I was young and naïve but I had a drive (if you’ll pardon the pun) as any determined businesswoman should. Fast forward 13 years and look where we are. A team of 6! 5 physios and a receptionist – all of whom are genuinely amazing.

I am grateful to each of them for helping On The Go Physio grow in many disciplines of physiotherapy in our new clinic and I am excited to see what 2026 will bring as we continue to move forward. I am so grateful for my physiotherapy team around me. I will continue to work hard for you all as we provide physiotherapy to our patients with warmth, sympathy and experience.

We are delighted to announce our new administrator for On The Go Physio! Karen has worked in physiotherapy for 15 years as front of house and in an administrative role. When not working, Karen loves to travel, especially trekking in far flung countries. She loves Zumba and her secret passion is trading stocks and shares.

Our Story

After starting as a mobile physiotherapy company, on 1st March 2018 we opened a new and exciting physiotherapy clinic in Borehamwood. We are approved with most healthcare providers and work 5 days a week and 4 evenings a week. If you want to come and have physiotherapy in our clinic we will be happy to help or if you can’t leave the house to get to us, don’t worry we come to you.
