Proud physio alert π¨
Last week, I saw my patient for a regular follow up. 5 months ago she could not even lift her left toes off the floor due to pain from a recent haematoma in her thigh. Here she is lifting her leg high to march on the spot, progressing her leg strength and her overall balance. It really is amazing to see her progress evidenced here ππ»
She has put so much hard work in to her rehab on a daily basis. I have held her hand so to speak all the way through and guided her in the right direction but it is my patient herself who has complied with the exercise regimen, adhered to the advice I have given and put in the hours. I am so proud of her πͺπ»
