Join our fun, friendly fitness class designed especially for mums with babies (12 weeks postpartum ). No childcare needed – your baby stays with you while you work out!
What to Expect:
• Postnatal-safe exercises
• Strength & toning workouts
• Core & pelvic floor focus
• Supportive environment with other mums
When: Every Thursday @ 11:00 - 11:45
Cost: £6 per session
Bring: A mat, water, and anything your baby needs
