Life’s full of phases. I just stumbled on this video of the providing some entertainment at a local market pop up and it made me miss this phase!

There is no love lost between the Nancies and we all still see each other often but with 11 kids between us and other life demands meeting up to sing is too tricky at this time.

Maybe I need to start singing more sea shanties in my groups? In homage to these gorgeous hardworking fellow mums: Sarah, Heidi, Katya and Rhiannon! 😘😘 Mingulay will be on the list!!

Thank you to all my singers last night for being in full heart and voice and starting the week of with a large dose of oxytocin and song… In related news…

I’m excited to share that my Full Circle evening singing group is henceforth to be known as “Emsworth Songbirds”. Because that’s exactly what they are, and we love to sing about nature and birds, so it seems fitting.

A friend of mine and herself a songbird sent me this starter for ten on a logo - what do you think? I love it so much. And with said friend’s blessing I’m going to pass it onto another friend to render a version by hand with pen and ink - you could say we’re going full circle with this!! 😉 So watch this space…

Next Songbirds will be on Monday 8th June, 8-9pm. Hope to see you there xx
