The Dementia Advice Bus offers dementia support and assistance from specialist Sage House Wayfinders. We are here to help individuals live well with dementia.

A photo of our Dementia Lawn Bowls group taken a week ago.
We’ve had so much fun running the sessions over the summer months that we’ve decided to continue INDOORS!!!

From Monday 6th Oct the bowls will be indoors at the Emsworth Sports and Social Club at 3pm.
The sessions are run by the staff at the Club and with Right at Home care.
