After four years back in education, the journey has finally come to an end. Yesterday I celebrated with some amazing people who have supported me every step of the way, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The late nights, challenges, and sacrifices were all worth it, not just for the degree, but for the extra qualifications, experience, and personal growth along the way. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and even more excited to see where this next chapter takes me.

The views from the top were unreal, and finishing it off with a dip in Lake Wastwater (colder than any ice bath!) was the perfect bit of recovery.

Really excited to share the new kit for MST Mason Sports Therapy it’s looking sharp and ready for action! From training sessions to ringside to dugout to the massage table, this gear is going to see plenty of use.
