But honestly, days like this are a reminder of the benefits of walking, not just for physical health, but for mental wellbeing too. Fresh air, movement, and a bit of perspective go a long way.

Scafell Pike conquered!
The views from the top were unreal, and finishing it off with a dip in Lake Wastwater (colder than any ice bath!) was the perfect bit of recovery.

Really excited to share the new kit for MST Mason Sports Therapy it’s looking sharp and ready for action! From training sessions to ringside to dugout to the massage table, this gear is going to see plenty of use.

Huge thank you to for sorting this out for me! The quality is top notch and the fit is perfect. Can’t wait to represent MST in style while helping clients recover, perform, and push their limits. 💪

Last year in the UK, we tragically lost 4,200 men to su***de. This August, a dedicated group of lads will be running every day to collectively cover 4,200 km, raising both funds and awareness for men's mental health.
Including some lads that have already been out running this morning 💪🏻
