Do you act like Monday got cancelled every Friday?👀😂

Friday hits and suddenly:
❌️Structure leaves the chat.
❌️ Bedtimes disappear.

If you're trying to lose weight but constantly snacking an hour later... your meals might be missing balance.

Here's the formula I teach my clients

✅️ Protein -> stabilises blood sugar
✅️ Fibre -> feeds gut bacteria & supports digestion
