This weekend I attended a beautiful 90th birthday❤️.

Moments like this remind me that wellbeing and longevity are about so much more than food and exercise.

Connection, laughter, love, purpose, movement, and community all play such an important role in healthy ageing.

Watching generations come together to celebrate one life was truly special❤️
