Is your gut getting the diversity it needs to thrive?

When we talk about gut health, one of the most powerful indicators of a healthy microbiome is diversity - the variety of different bacteria living in your gut.

Why does this matter?
Because each bacterial species has its one "job," from supporting digestion and immunity to influencing mood, metabolism, inflammation, and even weight.

When your gut microbiome is diverse:
