Happy New Year Everyone 💖
You feeling it?
It’s cold! And so many people are poorly😞 And on top of that, there seems to be this urgency to make new year resolutions and set ourselves up to fail with unrealistic goals.
I’m a Coach, so I love goals! But I’m a great believer in going gently and taking things slowly as we enter a new year. It’s a time to hunker down, rest and re-charge. It’s a time to follow nature and shut up shop for a while. Reflect, re-boot, re-energise, re-align.
For me, it’s an opportunity to gather my thoughts, explore ideas and consider what I want to create for myself and what I can give to others in the months ahead.
It’s a time for laying down the foundations of my thoughts, nurture optimism, make plans and set powerful intentions.
Then, come Spring, my energy bank is full and my enthusiasm high, and yep, then, there’ll be no stopping me!
So, my friends, go gently with yourselves. Don’t put yourselves under pressure to achieve a ‘new you’. Focus more on being completely You, the most real version of You, that You can be.
