📢 To prevent burnout, it is essential to PAUSE AND CHECK IN with how we are truly feeling.
🤦♀️I learnt this ⬆️ the hard way after many bouts of burnout. Plus, I and  many others were not educated at school to do this, so not equipped🤷♀️.
⬆️ This has been a life changer for me- I will take time weekly to do mindfulness or a quick check in with self. It is times like this that have helped me to be aware if I need to take action to slow down/relax or just enjoy some time away from being busy to help support the nervous system 🙏.
